This model of refrigerator is just a tried and true winner. As a landlord I have multiple units and whenever an older Appliance needs replacing, I always end up choosing Frigidaire not only because of style but because of reviews and personal experience. While nothing is ever perfect, Frigidaire is always there every step of the way to make sure that I'm a happy customer. And in turn that keeps my tenants very happy.

The compressor went bad on a brand new refrigerator that I purchased back in May. They sent a technician out shortly after it went bad which was back in June. He did not repair it then. It's now the 2nd of Sept, 2024 and the fridge has not been repaired or replaced. I've called several times since July with no result and no action from frigidaire.

Gets colder than my last fridge which I appreciate. The meat drawer is huge. Very spacious, very sleek. Like that they took the door handles away (because the crevices would get dirty and it was difficult to clean).

Needed to replace my frig in my garage, went to Lorenz Appliance and was able to purchase this one. The rep told me that this frig is rated for temperature differences that happen in a garage. Only issue, is that freezer door sometimes opens when the bottom door is shut. Just need to check that it is closed. Otherwise, no issues, runs great, very efficient.

The product is good to excellent. Several comments/recommendations:1. Add a light to the freezer. My previous freezer from Frigidaire (bought in 2003) had this feature.2. Split the top and middle shelving so that I have flexibility of storing many different sized products.3. Love the fact there are no external door handles sticking out.

So far, been very happy with the fridge, ala the chill box. After having an amana for the last 8 years, and without a fixable solution, due to the lower freezer design, our family switched back to the upper freezer design. Now we have more room, great chillin in every section of the fridge. Fantastic cubby design with strong weight capacity on door storage, in addition, to the deli storage section which is a great extra. The exterior is impressive. Cool steel design, clean lines, easy to open doors with no handles. In addition, easy controls and use of nobs and levers. Its been a month and so far we are super satisfied with the quality, easy of use, cleanliness and storage capacity.

Very great looking refrigerator in gleaming stainless steel. Keeps all items very cool and has garnered many compliments from visitors. The inside is designed very well and this model has two temperature controls, one for the freezer portion and one for the bottom portion. The only thing that lowers the rating is the doors never seem to be fully closed as they seem to "spring open" by themselves. Model also runs very loudly but the main concern are the door closures.

Great fridge for the money. I especially like the cheese/meat draw that runs the full width of the fridge. There is plentiful in-door storage for milk and juice jugs.Downside...the "stainless" steel is not easy to clean.

The refrigerator that I purchased two weeks ago did not work. The compressor would not turn on. When I contacted Frigidaire for troubleshooting, they were unhelpful and they told me that a non working refrigerator was not covered under their warranty. Unbelievable! The store that I purchased it from replaced it with another new unit. This one works fine and hopefully will keep working.

We were surprised on how spacious this fridge was we can store more food and the space at the door we can store more. we love the drawer,the lcd light is nice and bright.This fridge is almost noiseless. We just love our inversion.

Compressor failed after 14 months of ownership. As warranty expired two months ago, Frigidaire will not reimburse or provide a new compressor. I will never buy a Frigidaire product again.

I wish I could give this zero stars. We have owned this refrigerator for 6 days. IT STOPPED WORKING 5 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE. Now we are struggling to make actual contact with someone from Frigidaire to fix it or -- what I really want -- refund this purchase. We will warn our friends not to buy a Frigidaire.

I purchased the appliance a few months ago. It's run well, although it did need to be defrosted once when there was an excess of humidity in the freezer. (Perfectly understandable in a house without central air in a very humid season)My one complaint in the quality of the plastic shelves. To be fair, we are a large farming family and use our fridge heavily. However, we were being careful not to overload the shelves Unfortunately the Deli Drawer and bottom shelf on the door have already cracked. The deli drawer was when I was opening it normally.

I was somewhat skeptical of ordering a refrigerator online and not seeing it in person. I ordered the Frigidaire in Stainless Steel, model # FFTR2045VS. I am extremely pleased with my purchase. The Frigidaire does not take up as much room as my old refrigerator but has more room inside for storage. The door allow plenty of room for storage. The bins in the door will hold a gallon of milk, two liters, juice, tea, or a gallon of water. The refrigerator is much better organized. The refrigerator has a deli drawer that is fantastic. The drawer itself gives extra space to use when in other refrigerators would just have unusable space. It has two crisper drawers for fruits and vegetables that are a good size to meet my needs. The cooling seems to be even everywhere which includes no freezing on the top shelf of the refrigerator! The items stored in the door stay just as cool as the shelf items. The freezer is spacious with plenty of door space. The freezer works well with keeping all items properly frozen. The glass shelf in the freezer and the ones in the refrigerator are well designed and look sleek. The lighting is bright and you can clearly see what is in both the freezer and refrigerator. I did also order an ice-maker. The ice-maker is slim and takes less of the freezer space. I am very pleased with my purchase!

This replaced a 16-year old Frigidaire with similar simple features. Though the same cu ft as the old one, this model somehow has more freezer capacity and better designed main cabinet. It™™s quieter too. We installed the optional ice maker which works fine except more slowly than our old fridge. Overall quite pleased with this basic fridge.

Woke up this morning to a constant buzzing from the new fridge. A few hours later I realized everything in the freezer was melted and the fridge was running about 60 degrees. The place we bought it from sent someone out to diagnose it right away. Haven't heard yet if we're getting a new compressor or a new fridge. Bob Miller's service: 5 stars. Frigidaire: 1 star

I am very pleased with this well thought out Refrigerator, it has a lot of Room and holds much more than expected. It does a great job of keeping thing nice and cold and the freezer is excellent. The only reason I did not give it 5 Stars is that you have to be careful that the Freezer compartment is fully closed. The Seal could be better, but it is fine.

Because of the size of the cutout in my kitchen, there were few options available to fit the space. I™™m thrilled this refrigerator holds so much despite being slightly smaller than the one it replaced. I always have room to spare inside! My last refrigerator was larger cubic foot -wise, but I always had trouble getting things to fitI. I took one star off because there is no light in the freezer, which seems like an odd thing not to include.

So far, so good. One issue is how difficult it is to remove and reposition shelves in both compartments. It™™s easy if you are in a space where the door can open very wide but we have a space that limits it to a 90 degree opening, no space to pull it forward to allow for a wider opening. So, that makes it impossible to pull out and reposition the shelves. We are going to have to remove the doors, reset the shelves, and put the doors back on. Not an especially difficult task, but it™™ll take time and two people to do it.

I do like this fridge. It's not a 5 star because the interior plastics in the drawers are very flimsy. I'm concerned that even conservative use with break them before too long, but everything else is great!

First one I received from the local appliance shop had a broken top hinge, whether from them or damaged at factory I don't know. Second one was good Reversing the door swing is unnecessarily complicated and the bottom hinge pin would not come out so I left it the way I got it. Not exactly the most fingerprint resistant stainless but it cleans up easy. Lots of space for the footprint which is nice. Overall decent for the price and size hope it's reliable for years to come.
