Refrigerator freezes food, freezer portion works ok. After 4 months with zero help from Frigidaire or their 3rd party technician to fix the unit they now refuse to admit there is a problem. They also refuse to give our money back, we certainly do want another Frigidaire with the same lack of quality or support. Frigidaire is no longer the company that I depended on for high quality products and support.

This refrigerator is the perfect size for my small kitchen. It is functional with it's deli and produce drawers. It is easy to slide in and out of it's location for cleaning. Very satisfied with the purchase. Great value for the money/

First, the delivery guys brought the ice maker separately and installed it incorrectly. Then, Nebraska Furniture Mart exchanged it for a "new" fridge that looks used to me, with the ice maker installed. Then the delivery guys didn't level it or lock the feet. Don't use Nebraska Furniture Mart. Also, the ice maker takes forever to make ice.

Great room in freezer and fridge. Shelves fit full gallon size containers without squeezing in. Doors shut solid and keeps the seal. Light is bright enough to see but soft enough not to blind. Food is cold where it needs to be and not frozen with frost where it needs to be.

After looking for a new refrigerator/freezer for several months, we finally found the one we liked. It seemed much more solid than the competition and the storage options were excellent in comparison. My only gripe really applies to all fridges made these days: LED lights are bright, but they don™™t give the full coverage that fridge lights used to. Dark corners and shadows are an annoying side effect of such harsh lighting. Based on this purchase, we™™ll be looking at Frigidaire first when we replace our stove.

Worked ok for 6 months. Then without warning it stopped working 4 days before Christmas causing PANIC. We followed troubleshooting steps including hard reset of turning off and unplugging for 10 mins, but the fridge was dead for 48 hours. Then it suddenly came on again. The service tech sent by Frigidaire on 12/23 called it an intermittent failure that he could not diagnose if fridge was working, totally useless! Our last fridge lasted 26 years without issues. UPDATE: Fridge failed again on Christmas Day and never came back on. Soonest (second) tech appt was 12/30. We can't live without our only fridge again for 5 days during the holidays + not know if service tech could/would fix on 12/30, and have no room to store 2 fridges. We needed to buy a new fridge and have this 6 mo. new one hauled away. Frigidaire CS would not help us with the expense of new fridge even though they save by not having to (try) fix the 6 month old fridge. Two loads of spoiled food + new fridge expense + waiting for tech appointments, CS calls/sessions during the holidays added up for a VERY EXPENSIVE MISTAKE!

The refrigerator itself is great, holds good temps without running all the time. The only thing I found about buying this frig was the booklet that came with it. The booklet wasn't real clear on everything that needed to be removed from the inside, pictures would help

Being limited to space we had few brands and models to choose from. We are so pleased we chose Frigidaire. The wide drawer holds so much that can be laid out to quickly find items and the top shelf being wide is the same. It truly holds all foods easy to see and reachable. The outside without actual handles is a dream to use. .

I bought this to replace an 80's fridge that came with the house when I bought it 20 years ago. (Also a Frigidaire) I was pleasantly surprised that even though it takes up slightly less space than the old one, it has a larger internal capacity. Now we don't have to worry about the motor starting a fire in the NM summer heat.

I was told by the warranty repair tech that it is a common problem with this model but he would have to order the part. If it is a common problem with this model. Wouldn™™t you keep the part in stock? Apparently not. I will clearly not have a working refrigerator on Christmas Eve ofChristmas Day.

27 years ago we bought our first 18.3 Cu Ft Frigidaire refrigerator. Sadly we had to say goodbye to it recently. That in itself sold me on buying another Frigidaire. This time we got the 20 Cu Ft. I love the bottom drawers that are humidity controlled for fruits/veggies. I wasn't sure about the long combination drawer for deli/cheese but now that I've used it, I like it more than I thought. The lighting is very bright and everything can be easily seen. The freezer has a nice glass shelf, a nice upgrade from the old wire shelf. I would recommend this fridge/freezer to anyone looking for a reasonably priced fridge. I hope this one last as long as my first one.
